Team Insights

Your team generates a lot of signal every week across retros, standups, and planning poker. Team Insights turns all of it into a weekly report that tells you what's going on, what's getting worse, and what to do about it.

What's New

Weekly Report, Delivered Automatically

Every Monday at 10am, all admins in your space receive the previous week's insights by email. No one has to compile notes or chase things down.

Recurring Theme Detection

We don't just summarize a single week. Every retro item, standup update, and planning session gets clustered into themes and tracked over time, across every meeting your space has ever run.

If the same problem has been surfacing for 12 weeks, you'll know. You'll see how many times it's come up, whether it's trending up or down, and what the team has actually said about it. New themes are flagged the moment they appear.

Team Health Score

A score from 1 to 10 based on retro engagement, action item follow-through, participation trends, blocker persistence, and kudos frequency. Sub-scores show exactly where things are strong and where they're slipping.

Action Item Tracking

See your completion rate over time, what's overdue, what's been closed, and what's new. If overdue items line up with a theme that's getting worse, the report connects those dots.

Standup Patterns

Topics that keep showing up in standups, how many people mention them, and whether they're new. A quick read on where the team is actually spending time.

Estimation Trends

Consensus rate, average story points, and the rounds with the widest vote spreads. Big disagreements usually point to unclear scope, and the report highlights exactly which tickets caused them.

Insights and Recommendations

The summary pulls everything together with categorized insights: critical themes, scope risks, emerging concerns, milestones, and resolved issues. Below that, specific suggested actions tied directly to the data.

Why It Matters

Most teams run their ceremonies, close the tab, and move on. Nobody connects the dots between a recurring retro complaint, a spike in estimation disagreements, and three overdue action items that all relate to the same problem.

Team Insights watches the patterns your team can't see because the data is spread across weeks and months of separate meetings. When something keeps coming up, you'll know. When action items aren't keeping pace with the themes your team is raising, the report calls it out.

Scrum masters and engineering leads walk into Monday with a clear picture. Not a vague sense that things are fine, but actual data on whether last week was better or worse, and what needs attention.

This feature works best when each space represents a single team, so the themes and health scores reflect one team's trajectory over time.
