All sales are final. Kollabe does not provide refunds for subscription payments except in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Upon cancellation of a monthly subscription, you will retain access to Kollabe's services until the end of your current monthly billing period. After cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data may become inaccessible and may be deleted from our systems.
