Smart Visibility Placeholders When visibility is turned off, items appear as placeholders with crossed-eye icons instead of disappearing completely. The board stays visually active and engaging before the reveal.

Flexible Presentation Mode Presentations no longer lock the entire board. Team members receive notifications to follow along but can choose their level of engagement. Focused cards get green borders for clarity, with full-screen still available.
