Customize how AI analyzes and summarizes your retrospective feedback. You can ask it to highlight specific patterns, focus on particular aspects of team dynamics, or adjust the tone and structure of the output.

• Main Summary: Control what the summary focuses on—outcomes, themes, or specific areas

• Column Summaries: Guide how individual columns are summarized, including whether to reference users by name

• Team Dynamics: Define what participation and engagement insights you want highlighted

Retrospective Grouping Instructions

Guide how AI groups similar items together during retrospectives. Influence how items are categorized and what themes are prioritized.

• Custom grouping rules: Tell the AI to keep certain items separate (like Kudos) or combine others

• Group naming: Set preferences for how groups are named—short and concise, or more descriptive

Standup Summary Instructions

Shape how AI summarizes your team's daily standups. Focus on blockers, highlight progress, or customize the format to match your team's workflow.

Head to your Space Settings → AI tab → Manage AI. Each instruction type has its own editor where you can write custom prompts that guide the AI's behavior.
