What's changing

Premium spaces now have a limit on the number of facilitators, admins, and creators. Each space on your plan adds 5 to the limit. Members and participants are not affected. There are no limits on how many people can join your sessions.

Why this limit exists

Teams get the most value from Kollabe when each team has its own space. When dozens of facilitators share a single space, meetings, analytics, action items, and standup data all get mixed together. It gets noisy. People can't find what they need. Separate spaces give each team their own history, their own analytics, and a workspace that actually feels like theirs. The facilitator limit encourages this structure while giving you flexibility in how you organize.

When does this take effect?

The limit takes effect on April 17, 2026. If your space currently exceeds the limit, you have until that date to make adjustments. New spaces created after this announcement will have the limit enforced immediately.

Review who needs facilitator access

Most team members don't need it. Only people who create and run meetings need facilitator access. Everyone else can participate in every session as a member. Go to your space settings and adjust roles.

Add more spaces

Each additional space on your plan increases the facilitator limit by 5 across all your spaces. Your teams get their own workspace with cleaner data and focused analytics.

Move to Enterprise

No. Invite as many people as you want. There is no per-seat pricing. This only limits who can create and manage meetings.

Each space on your plan adds 5 to the limit. 1 space = 5 facilitators/admins per space. 3 spaces = 15 per space. The limit applies independently to each space.

Adding one more space to your plan increases the limit to 10 per space, and gives your organization a second space to use. You can split teams or keep them together. Either way, the limit goes up.

Nothing changes for past sessions. Demoted users keep full access to all their existing meetings, action items, and data. They just can't create new meetings until their role is restored.

We have no plans to limit the number of participants or members. Kollabe will always be invite-your-whole-team friendly.
